We ship all shipments as a package with tracking and tracing.
Pallet goods are shipped by forwarding agency (with tracking and telephone agreement of the delivery date by the forwarding agency).

- DHL Paket International for shipping outside Germany
- Delivery also to DHL packing stations and branches
You can cancel your order within 30 days.

Please note the following information:
- Please enclose a completed revocation form or a copy of the order confirmation with your return.
