Ordering and complaints

I would like to cancel my order. What do I have to do?

Please cancel your order by telephone at +49 (0)30 - 49879989 or by e-mail to service@natuerlich-verpacken.de

The following information is required for the processing of your cancellation:

  1. Your order or purchase order number

Your cancellation will generally be processed within a few hours on weekdays

Payments already made will be refunded immediately to the payment method you used to pay for your order.

We are always sorry if your order arrives damaged or incomplete by mistake or carelessness.

Please DO NOT return damaged goods unsolicited! If damaged goods have to be returned, you will always receive a free returns label from us.

Please always send your complaint in writing by email to service@natuerlich-verpacken.de.

The following information is required to process your complaint:

  1. Your order number
  2. Item number and quantity of the missing or damaged items
  3. In the case of damaged items, one or two photos will help us to process your complaint quickly

Your complaint will generally be processed within 24 hours on working days

Missing goods will be delivered immediately.

Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded immediately if you so wish.

We know that the shipping costs for small orders seem to be out of proportion to the value of the goods. Nevertheless, we send all store orders by DHL parcel. This way, your shipments remain traceable and insured.

However, there is one exception: we send some sample shipments of up to three items by large letter with Deutsche Post.

Questions about products

Free shipping of product samples is currently not possible.

Almost all of our products have no minimum order quantity. This means you can easily put together your own individual "sample package"

Shipping and returns

Most customer accounts are activated automatically after registration - without any waiting time.

Only in very few exceptional cases does your registration have to be activated manually by our customer service team. This is usually done within an hour during office hours. In the evening, at night or at weekends, manual activation is usually carried out by us within 12 hours.

Yes, shipping to DHL packing stations within Germany is possible.

Use the following fields for Packstation and postal number in the address field of the registration form:

In the "Street" and "Number" fields, write "Packstation" and "Packstation number"
Example
"Street" field: Packstation

In the "Address suffix" field, please enter your postal number.
Example
"Address suffix": 1234567

Your finished Packstation address will then look like this:

Yes, shipping to Deutsche Post branches within Germany is possible.

Use the following fields for the postal branch and postal number in the address field of the registration form:

In the "Street" and "Number" fields, write "Postal branch" and the number of the postal branch.

In the "Address suffix" field, please enter your postal number.

We deliver to Switzerland with DHL. Shipping is carried out in the DHL Paket International Premium class. "Premium" means that your parcel will be preferentially processed and shipping times will be significantly reduced as a result. DHL specifies a parcel delivery time of approx. 2-3 working days.

Please note that additional customs duties and fees may apply in Switzerland.

You can also use one of the following services as a German delivery address near the border. The overview does not constitute any rating of the services!

No, we do not currently deliver to the United States of America.

We send all shipments as a parcel with tracking.

After consultation with you, shipping on a pallet with a forwarding agent is also possible (with tracking and telephone arrangement of the delivery date by the forwarding agent).

The following shipping methods are available:

  • DHL Paket for shipping within Germany
  • DHL Paket International for shipping outside Germany
  • Delivery also to DHL packing stations and branches (please note the instructions for entering the address)

You are welcome to pay us at any time via e-bill (XRechnung). Simply select the ‘Invoice’ payment method and provide us with your Leitweg-ID and, if applicable, a link to upload the XRechnung to an invoice receipt portal in the comments section of your order.
