How do I get loyalty points?
You only need a customer account in our store to collect valuable points! It's best to register here and stay logged in!
With every purchase (registered and logged in!) in our online store you will automatically receive your loyalty points.
How much is a loyalty point worth and how can I collect them?
You’ll earn loyalty points for every full euro of merchandise value (excluding shipping costs). Each loyalty point is worth €0.01!
Points Table:
For every €1.00 or more in merchandise value: 2 loyalty points per euro of merchandise value
Examples:
Product value: 9.95 €
equals 9 € x 2 points = 18 points
Value per bonus point: 0.01 €
Result: 18 points × €0.01 = €0.18 bonus
Value of goods: €319.95
equals 319 € x 2 points = 638 points
Value per bonus point: 0.01 €
Result: 638 points × €0.01 = €6.38 bonus
How can I redeem loyalty points
You can redeem your loyalty points as soon as they are released. Loyalty points are released fourteen days after shipment. You can then redeem them with your next order and save money right away.
In your shopping cart, you can specify the number of loyalty points you’d like to redeem.
Points can only be redeemed in our online store and cannot be paid out in cash.
Where can I see my loyalty points?
If you are logged in, you can view the current number of loyalty points in your customer account under "My account". Please note that the points are only visible once the corresponding order has been dispatched.
Display example:
Number of points available immediately: 999
Number of points available soon: 70
Do my loyalty points expire?
Loyalty points expire at the end of the year following the year in which the order was placed.
The cutoff date is December 31 of the year in which the points were earned or credited.
Example:
Loyalty points credited, for example, on August 17, 2026: Loyalty points expire on December 31, 2027
Loyalty points credited on the day before the cutoff date (December 30, 2026): Loyalty points expire on December 31, 2027
Loyalty points credited on the day after the expiration date (January 1, 2027): Loyalty points expire on December 31, 2028
IMPORTANT! We will send you an email reminder about your loyalty points 30 days before they expire.
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
If your order is canceled or goods are returned or refunded, the loyalty points will also be deducted and withheld from the refund amount.
