You receive loyalty points for every full euro of goods value (excluding shipping costs). Each loyalty point is worth €0.01!

Points list:

• from € 1.00 value of goods: 2 loyalty points per euro value of goods

• from 100 € value of goods: 3 loyalty points per euro value of goods

Example from €1.00:

Value of goods: € 9.95

equals 9 € x 2 points = 18 points

Value per bonus point € 0.01

Result: 18 points x 0.01 € = 0.18 € bonus

Example from 250 €:

Value of goods: 319,95 €

equals 319 € x 3 points = 957 points

Value per bonus point 0.01 €

Result: 957 points x 0.01 € = 9.57 € bonus

• You can redeem your loyalty points as soon as they have been released. the loyalty points are released 7 days after dispatch. You can then redeem your loyalty points with your next order and save money straight away.

• You can specify the number of loyalty points you wish to redeem in the shopping cart.

• The points can only be redeemed in our online store and cannot be paid out.

If you are logged in, you can view the current number of loyalty points in your customer account under "My account". Please note that the points are only visible once the corresponding order has been dispatched.

Display example:

Number of points available immediately: 999

Number of points available soon: 70

The bonus points can be collected and redeemed for six months. After the six months, the points expire.

If your order is canceled or goods are returned or refunded, the loyalty points will also be deducted and withheld from the refund amount.
