How to return goods

You can cancel your order within 30 days after delivery.

For returns of goods that you do not need or have ordered by mistake, you can request a return shipping label from us via the  contact form or by e-mail to  service@natuerlich-verpacken.de. We will then send you a link to the DHL returns portal with online franking for convenient returns processing. There you can download the finished returns label for your return shipment immediately after payment.

Return costs currently charged by DHL:

• Parcels up to 2 kg: €5.49 (VAT-free)
• Parcels up to 5 kg: €6.99 (VAT-free)
• Parcels up to 10 kg: €10.49 (VAT-free)
• Parcels up to 31.5 kg: €19.99 (incl. VAT)

For returns of damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, you will receive a free return label by arrangement. Please do not return damaged goods unsolicited!

Please note the following information:

1. Enclose a completed cancellation form or a copy of the order confirmation with your return shipment.
2. It is important that the order or order number is attached to your return shipment so that we can assign the return shipment without any doubt.
3. As soon as your return shipment arrives, the returned goods will be counted and checked for perfect condition.
4. The refund of the purchase price of the returned, faultless goods will be made by the payment method you chose when purchasing (e.g. PayPal, SOFORT by Klarna, bank transfer).
